Refunds are only available on unopened, still sealed CBD oil products and must be approved by Spirit of Hemp within 30 days of purchase.
Prior to returning items, a customer must contact us at email@example.com to receive a return authorisation. Items returned without express written authorisation from Spirit of Hemp will not be refunded.
Once an authorised returned item has been received, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued. Processing time can be difficult to predict, so we cannot make specific guarantees on refunds, but please do not hesitate to reach out to Spirit of Hemp if a refund has not appeared within 6-10 business days.
*Due to the nature of packaging for the Topical Face and Body products, there are no refunds available on these items.
Please be aware that we do not offer any partial refunds for discount codes that are not applied on your order. If you are experiencing problems applying a discount code at checkout, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve this before paying for your order as we are unable to refund the value of the discount after an order has been completed.
Please also note that Life Force Rewards Points are account credit to be used towards purchases at Spirit of Hemp and cannot be refunded or substituted as money via Paypal, Credit Card or Cash payment.
Return of faulty goods
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will need you to send us a photo of the damage along with your order number.
